This workshop will cover, Basic Muscle Testing, Identifing your specific body energy makeup and selecting exercises and daily routines that support your body’s specific energies. We will also identify foods that support the balance of your specific body energies. Learn about the Seven Emotional Needs and how to meet them in your life.

Vibration, Sound & Color - 4 evening classes
Shamans throughout the world have long used chanting and the experiences of altered states to manifest physical and emotional healing. In this class you will learn how to use your breath and the vibrations of sound and color to release blockages which resist change in the Chakras and subtle energy fields. Learn how to enhance harmonious qualities, decreasing those resistances (self-limiting beliefs) which separate you from states of flow, power and fulfillment. We will also learn how to consciously direct your awareness and attention by right-minding the brain to alleviate, stress and confusion, tension, pain (friction) and improve relationships.

Stress Release Made Easy - Full day workshop
Are you tired when you wake up in the morning? Do you need a permanent vacation? Would you say yes to a life of greater energy, enthusiasm and vitality? Then this workshop is for you. Learn how to recognize the warning signs of stress so you can nip it in the bud and not feel victimized by your circumstances. Learn "Emotional Stress Release" - this simple technique can be used to assist in dealing with past, present and future stress events. Great for those of us who say " If only I had...." "How am I going to do all this..." , "What if this happens..."
We also cover the role of exercise and nutrition and how it plays a vital role in our ability to deal with stress.

Tibetian Energy & Vitality - Full day workshop
This workshop was developed by DR Bruce and Joan Dewe. DR Dewe is a New Zealand doctor who no longer practices traditional medicine but instead operates a Kinesiology clinic. He and his wife developed a series of workshops designed to empower people by giving them tools, hope and techniques to enable them to move out of their present situations, whether it be pain, dysfunction, overwhelm, weariness, fatigue, frustration or apparent hopelessness.
In this workshop you will learn a number of techniques that were originally developed by the people of Tibet to aid in healing and improve energy and vitality.

Life Purpose Report
As spiritual beings we come into a human body and a lifetime with a plan or a blueprint. the blueprint contains information about the wound we have come in to heal, illusions we need to see through, issues we need to resolve and emotional patterns needing transformation.
The resistance to our following the blueprint is stored in the subconscious memories of the personality that we have in a lifetime. Our personality is a patchwork of fragments of personalities from many lifetimes. Usually these lifetimes have common issues and/or experiences even though they may have had overall very different lifestyles.
